About me
Jennifer leads transportation business development activities and manages overall client service in northern New England as a Client Service Leader for CDM Smith in Manchester, NH. Prior to joining CDM Smith in January 2025, she served as the Administrator for the Bureau of Bridge Design at NHDOT, responsible for NH’s bridge inspection and rating program, the development of projects to preserve, rehabilitate, and replace state-owned bridges, management of the bridge funding programs, and Chairing the NHDOT Bridge Management Committee.
Jennifer is an energetic, results-driven individual with a history of providing innovative solutions to complex challenges and has led the design coordination, public outreach, and financial oversight of many exciting, high-profile projects in her previous roles at NHDOT. She serves on the ACEC/NHDOT Contract Subcommittee and is the Immediate Past President of WTS-New Hampshire. Jennifer is a graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer in NH.
