- This presentation offers an overview of how DOTs are adapting to the modern era of Digital Delivery. Aidan Cleaves and Jeff Bachiochi (VHB) will discuss FHWAs vision, highlighting states that are leading adoption as well as those emerging with federal support. VHB will share insights into cutting edge technology for design and construction and discuss a few Model as Legal Document (MALD) implementations that are happening in and around New England. Pat Colburn (NHDOT) will provide the NHDOT perspective with an update on the ADCMS Grant Implementation project to preview what is next for New Hampshire.

Session 17B: Online Driveway Permit Process Update

- This session provides an overview of the updated online driveway permit process, highlighting key revisions to NH RSA 236:13 and the long-awaited 2025 Driveway Policy, the first major update since 2000. Participants will learn about the new Salesforce-based permitting software, including recent updates to improve transparency. The discussion will also provide an overview of the expedited review process for select residential developments, designed to streamline approvals and improve service delivery.
